  1. Honey

 

Natural honey is a super food that is rich in antioxidants. It helps the body to fight various diseases. Honey is a natural sweetener and healthy remedy. This ingredient can also be used as a mask for the face and body, improves skin health and maintains a young look. Try adding honey in moderation to smoothies, yogurt, oatmeal, and chia pudding.

 

  1. Cinnamon

 

Cinnamon reduces level of blood sugar, bad cholesterol level, soothes inflammations and infections and improves digestion. Try adding to smoothies or oatmeal.

 

  1. Garlic

 

Garlic has been used for lowering high blood pressure and high cholesterol for centuries. Try cooking with it or consuming raw for added benefit.
